Lawrence J. Ardito, CPA, ABV is president of Toscano & Ardito, PC, CPAs, a professional corporation licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire to practice accounting. A co-founder of the firm in 1979, he is recognized in the Greater Boston area for his professional expertise which includes business, financial and tax planning for individuals and closely held companies, business valuations, and succession planning.

Mr. Ardito is a dedicated supporter of the small business community, and particularly enjoys working with start-up companies. He also plays an active role in the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and its adjunct Financial and Estate Planning Roundtable. His civic involvement includes co-president of the Friends of Merrimack College, District Governor of UNICO National, President and Treasurer of the Merrimack Valley chapter of UNICO - a national Italian-American community service organization - Chairman of the Holy Family Hospital Foundation, and President of the American Cancer Society.

Mr. Ardito is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell Technical Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He holds a Massachusetts Certified Public Accountants Certificate and the designation of Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Lawrence J. Ardito Honors Society Scholarship has been established in his honor by the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
